Upstate Family Health Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), not for profit, Article 28, licensed health care center offering family health care services to individuals of all ages at various locations throughout the Mohawk Valley. The experienced and dedicated staff provide the highest level of care, while ensuring that the patient’s needs come first. A patient can receive a continuum of care that focuses on the patient as a whole, providing comprehensive health care for the individual and family
