Ready For Kindergarten (R4K) Program

The Ready For Kindergarten (R4K) Program is a birth to school program serving children ages 0-5 and their families. Our mission is to unite families, schools, and community resources to eliminate barriers to learning and prepare children to reach their full potential by focusing on school readiness. Our primary component is a Family School Navigator (FSN) embedded in elementary school(s). They identify and asses for educational, health, mental health and basic need challenges and then work with or refer children and family members for intervention and/or services as needed. School Districts can request R4K Program services through the OHM BOCES Community School COSER or contact Perch Place, LLC directly.
