Community Health & Behavioral Services (CHBS), a division of Upstate Caring Partners, offers comprehensive outpatient assistance to people of all ages in need of behavioral health support.
Our team includes Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LPNs, Licensed Social Workers, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselors and Certified Peer Support Specialists. Designed to improve functional abilities of people diagnosed with a variety of physical and mental health conditions, treatment is provided by New York State licensed physicians and clinicians.

Peer Support:
Peer Support Specialist can assist in all stages of recovery for both mental health and substance use disorders. Peers have first-hand experience with mental illness and/or addiction and the challenges that come with these. Peers believe recovery is possible and help individuals develop their own recovery by recognizing personal strengths and setting goals.
