Who are we?

We are a group of cross system agencies who work with youth and families in Oneida County. We work together to share resources, connect youth with appropriate services and collaborate on high risk cases.

What is a System of care?

The Systems of Care (SOC) Framework is a coordinated network of services and supports that are organized to meet the physical, mental, social, emotional, education, and developmental needs of children and their families.

The SOC connects families with:

  • Home-based services
  • Family & youth peer support
  • Parenting education
  • Mental health & substance use outpatient services
